I have several daily and weekly routines. They are the pillars of my life. They give me stability. When something hits me, I don’t fall easily. That’s the role they have. They bring me peace, strength and serenity.
Every day from Monday to Friday for the past three years I did these things:
I am currently on vacation for a few days (which ends tomorrow). Today is a holiday in Spain and Germany, so there is nothing to do at work level. I woke up anyway because it is Friday and I want to write these lines. It’s a quartz shake with nuts, dates and dried figs. Afterwards I make myself a coffee with milk, which is something I have missed these past three years at midday.
